Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are attached. Include a copy of your return authorization form inside the box.
Ship the Return
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
